Remote Support During Pregnancy

By phone and email, 24/7 service to answer any qualms you may be having. Includes informational sessions on what to expect during labour and delivery, as well as hands on interactive lessons on techniques and methods of how to handle contractions start to finish.

Full Support During Labour & Birth

For birthing person and their support person/people. Doulas are primarily there to support the birthing person during this time, but sometimes their partner or support person needs an extra set of hands or a break. Everybody will be supported from the moment the contractions get tricky, to right after baby is born.

Postpartum and Breastfeeding Support

Whether you have questions while adjusting, need help with feeding, or want support in getting breastfeeding started. No matter how hands on or off you prefer, you will not be left alone if you need help figuring out how to swaddle, feed, change or hold your new little person. It's a whole new world and I promise you will not feel lost with a helping hand there.

In committing to being your birth doula I am working towards completing my DONA certification. Working with parents during a time as beautiful and overwhelming as this is something I take very seriously and I will always treat any question or concern as such. Not only will I commit 100% to you from the moment we start working together and during labour and delivery, I will be there for you until weeks after your newest family member joins you earth side as that is just as much an adjustment for new parents (or even parents of subsequent children). You will always have my unfaltering, honest and hands on support in every decision you need to make, from pregnancy until the post-partum period.
